Dave is a great host at the cellar and sometimes drinking wine (unless of course you seek a professional career in wine snobbery) is far more than just what is the glass - it is the sum total of the experience. A very strong offering via Pinot Noir, wonderful Syrah & delightful Ros will see us smile when sitting down to slaved over recipe at home and just get that extra drop of intangible enjoyment from each glass.
